Pastor Joe will be completing his “Immanuel: God with Manchester” series of messages today, using Matthew 28: 16 - 20 as his scripture reference. Next week he will start a new series titled, “Galatians: Only One Gospel”
Wednesday, January 3 at 6:30 PM Wednesday Meal Potluck followed at 7:30PM by our Annual Business Meeting. Annual reports will be given and we will vote on the new slate of Officers, Teachers, and Committees. Please attend! This is your opportunity to have a part in planning what is going on in your church.

We hope you can join us on Christmas Eve Day! We will have Sunday School at 9:30 AM and Christmas Worship Service at 10:30 AM! Pastor Joe’s message, “When Do-It-Yourself Doesn’t Work at Christmas” is based on Matthew 1: 15 - 25.
Sunday evening at 6:00 PM will be our Candlelight Christmas Eve Service. Come celebrate the birth of Christ with us!
2024 Bible Reading Plans are available on the table in the Fellowship Hall! Contact the church if you would like a copy and are unable to pick one up.

On Sunday, December 31 we will have Sunday School at 9:30 AM and Worship Service at 10:30 AM as usual. There will be no Evening Worship Service HAPPY NEW YEAR!
To start the New Year off right we will have our Annual Business meeting on January 3, 2024. We will start at 6:30 PM with a Potluck Fellowship Meal. The Business Meeting will begin at 7:30 PM. Annual reports will be given and we will vote on the new slate of Officers, Teachers and Committees. All members are encouraged to take part!

The Winchester Christmas Parade is Saturday, December 2 with decorating starting at 4:00 PM at the fairgrounds. Parade kicks off at 7:00 PM.

We are excited to have 93 boxes packed so far for Operation Christmas Child! All boxes need to be back to the church by this Sunday, November 12.

Cornerstone Class
As Jesus is the cornerstone and foundation of our faith, the Cornerstone Class is made up of older adults who are the cornerstones of our church. They study the Lifeway curriculum to reinforce the foundations of their faith. They have interesting discussions about their insight on scripture and life. If this interests you, join them in the sanctuary each Sunday at 10:30 AM.

We are excited to see the updates on Facebook from Rooted Community Church in Lebanon, IL. Rooted Community Church is a gospel-centered, missional church plant in Lebanon, Illinois that our church contributes to quarterly. This past week they held a child dedication service and baptized 4 new believers. Please join us as we continue to pray for the people in the Lebanon area to be open to the teaching of God’s word.
